This powerful month long programme draws together proven techniques from sleep experts.

 

You will learn just how much there is you can do to develop  the right environment within you and around you to give you the best possible chance of achieving a good night’s sleep so that you wake refreshed and energised ready for a productive and enjoyable day. 

 

You’ll receive lots of guidance support throughout the course and be given a variety of  techniques, suggestions and toolkits to identity where and how you can make the most beneficial changes for you.  By then end of the course you will have all you need to achieve Restful Sleep.

When can I start?

The next programme takes place in Bicester in January 2020.

The venue is: The Clifton Centre, Ashdene Road, Bicester, OX26 2BH

The programme will run on Wednesday evenings:  19.30-20.30

The dates are: Jan 23,  Jan 30,  Feb 13 

 

How do I book a place?

Places on the Restful Sleep Programme will be limited to ensure individual attention, so don’t delay reserve your place now.
