Relief from Back Pain - course in Bicester

I have undertaken additional specialist training in relieving the misery of back pain  and am delighted to offer this 4 week course.

 

Around 80% of us will suffer from back pain at sometime.  It can be debilitating and impair your enjoyment of so many activities.  Driving becomes uncomfortable, walking too. Gardening becomes a chore. Standing in a queue can be horrendous.  Even sitting at a desk can be problematic.  So take the first step in overcoming your back pain by enroling in this four week course commencing in September.  I use techniques drawn from yoga, pilates and mindfulness giving you lots of practcial tools to take away and use in your everyday life.

 

During the course, you'll learn:

  • Specific movements to avoid pain
  • How to strengthen key muscles
  • How to release tension 
  • Gentle stretches to relieve pain
  • How to improve posture during daily activities

 

Your course fee includes:

  • 4 x one hour classes 
  • 4 x home practice guides
  • recordings of guided relaxations for you to use at home
  • my support throughout the the course.  

A deposit of £30 secures your place, with the balance payment of £35 being due approximately 10 days before the course commences. A worthwhile investment in your ongoing wellbeing.  

 

The course will run on Sunday afternoons - 16.00-17.00
