Meditation Sessions in Bicester

There are lots of different meditation techniques - what they have in common is that they are generally a formal seated practice. 


I offer regular meditation sessions - sometimes at the end of a yoga class, and sometimes as separate sesions.  During these sessions I use a variety of techniques - visualisation, sound, focus and more - all to help bring a sense of deep calm and stillness.

Meditation and MIndfulness - what's the difference?

Mindfulness is an approach to life which incorporates a formal seated meditation together with other practices to include within a 'normal' day.  I run regular Mindfulness Courses and also a Mindfulness Practice Group.  Meditation generally refers to just the formal seated practices.
