In these monthly sessions we will explore a range of different meditation techniques. Regular meditation can help you keep grounded when all around you life is hectic. No prior meditation experience is needed and beginners are very welcome.
Elaine is trained and experienced meditator and will guide you through various practices so you can discover what works for you.
Don't worry, you don't need to sit cross leged on the floor ... unless you want to. You choose whether to sit on a chair or on the floor. Bring a cushion or yoga block if you plan to sit on the floor.

Mindfulness and meditation - what's the difference?
Whilst mindfulness includes seated meditation practices, it is much, much more. Mindfulness is a whole approach to life which involves unpicking habits, delving in to what's going on within you and exploring beliefs, values and behaviours in a structured, progressive way. I teach six week Mindfulness courses.
