Meditation Group

Whilst meditation has always been a part of my yoga teaching, I have decided to start a dedicated meditation group. 

 

Mindfulness has been in the media a lot recently.  The still focus at the heart of mindfulness can bring relief from stress and anxiety, provide a welcome haven of peace away from a busy job and/or life and aid clarity of thought.

 

No special clothing or equipment is required for meditation.  You simply come along and join in.  You choose whether you sit in a chair, or on the floor - whichever is most comfortable for you.
