If you have trouble getting to sleep, staying asleep or getting back to sleep after walking, then this workshop is for you.   Packed full of useful tips and resources, and based on sound reearch, you'll pick up lots of ways you can achieve better sleep - restful sleep.  You'll receive handouts, recordings and other tools to use after the workshop too.

Delivered via Zoom so you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.  You can either watch live on Weds 9 November, or  you can have access to the recording of the session.
